Care Instructions for Brass Handicrafts Dust often – Use a soft, dry cloth to remove surface dust regularly. Wipe with damp cloth– Occasionally, use a slightly damp cloth (not wet) to wipe the piece, then dry immediately with a clean cloth. Mix lemon juice or take a lime and rub on the product and then dry wipe it. We have found this to be an effective home remedy. We are unable to offer any warranty on these products. In case you receive a damaged product, pl share a picture by whats app to our customer care number on the website within 1 hour of receiving the package. You may also email it to us along with the picture of the damaged product. We will assess the same and revert back to you
